It makes me sad that the post had to be from a mage...whiny about being a clothie...should be used to that by now.

I DID like, however, the little added part I've never read before (I've heard all about the 'keypress' defense): 'if you're by yourself and get jumped by five people (non-boxers), you're not likely to survive that, either...in fact, it might even be harder to do that...so five toons/one boxer? (ew...just thought about 2 girls, 1 cup).

I use that exact example when people say multiboxers in battlegrounds are unfair.

What is the difference if you get jumped by 5 well coordinated players over Ventrillo, Mumble, or Skype VS a 5-boxer? Not much really. You would die quickly from the focus fire.

If you google it there's at least a dozen or more blue posts saying that multiboxing isn't illegal as long as there's no botting. Hell, we could have a whole blog dedicated to it call it "multiboxing-blue-response.com" send all the QQers there to see that bliz likes our money. Heh if you read further into it, there's posts where people say that multiboxers are 5% of the whole player base therefore its not about the money! LOL its like he's oblivious to the fact that a company would rather turn down money because a bunch of cry babies whine.

The only thing that would make this post better is if the OP actually named the multiboxer who pwned him into the ground. That way we could give mad props to that guy

It was nice to see the blue point out that there are both advantages and disadvantages to multiboxing. Not just the argument about what happens when you run into five individual players, that one is just obvious. But also to remind people that if you come at them with equal numbers you can make life hell for a multiboxer, because it's not easy to split your attention the way five individuals can.

Most of the time this hate comes from a player who kept rushing a ranged DPS group over and over. If they see you from a distance and can get a ranged attack off in time, you are dead. Don't try it again, and again, and again, and then cry that you died a lot. That thread wasn't even really entertaining, because the complainers sounded so pathetic. The salty tears are still tasty, though.
