I have that mouse and personally I am not that impressed with it. It is actually pretty small which makes it a little uncomfortable if you don't have small hands. I don't think the buttons are very well placed, as far as the 12 side buttons, only 6 are really easy to reach and those depending on your hand size.

2 buttons are completely useless, placed for index finger but you will need to stretch a little and watch what you are doing to hit them. None of these buttons are programable. You can only use the side 12 buttons as numpad or 1 through =, but that is it. The index finger buttons are some preset characters, don't remember which.

And the mouse is quite light, so when you are trying to maneuver your fingers to hit a button, unless you press down on the mouse, it moves around with the slightest touch.

I am still using it, hoping that it will become easier to use, but in all honesty I am looking for another multibutton mouse.

Ahh yup your right looks like Devitor did a great review.

He hit on the exact MAJOR problem of this mouse: - None of the buttons are programable

This right there is a showstopper for me.

But then again, Pwnboxer can reprogram mouse buttons. Hmmm!
