Do you think it is graphic artifacting, since you rebooted and it worked? Also, double check to make sure your game windows aren't overlapping, if even by a pixel.

Looks all right. Try setting it to be "slower" computer. Then right after starting Pwnboxer, manually click your mouse in each window (this is a built-in thing with Pwnboxer, it reaffirms windows security auth for entry into each game window's process to send mouse events and such, it is a undocumented feature).

I'd say one of 2 things then: #1 It is clicking, just your game has nothing to click on in that particular area #2 Ultimately the only thing that affects if a window is getting mouseclicks is really the speed at which your OS "recognizes" that the window handler is able to accept control. So if yours isn't working right, or of it misses nearly all the clicks then something is slowed down on your PC. Fragemented HD, video card bad memory, slow CPU. If you are seeing odd flickering, sounds like artifacts, which is what happens when bad sectors of GPU ram occur. So really, one of those 2 things. Considering that I've never really heard of this issue much at all, it probably surely is one of those 2.

Solved the issue i bought a new monitor as i was using a 15 inch one or something so i decided to upgrade to a 23 inch and it works perfectly now so why would the monitor cause a problem. Lets see what explanations we get.

Sounds like it was associated with your GPU then.
