Lotro & pwnboxer

Ok guys i have spent countless hours attempting and trying to get LOTRO to work with PWNBOXER. If this is possible can someone please take the time to post some screenshots with a step by step guide? I am willing to personally pay for the help via paypal. Please someone help me out here. I do want to say i spent atleast 7 hours digging and i dont know what else to do.

Hey there,

I just downloaded LOTRO today and will be testing Pwnboxer out with it. We may have to make some changes to Pwnboxer, but some people already are apparently using it now with Pwnboxer fine.

So just so you know, we are doing testing with it now. I'm totally AOK with adding extra things into Pwnboxer specifically for LOTRO

There is a step-by-step in the Software forums where somebody was using Pwnboxer in Lotro. I'm on my phone atm so can't really search, but it is there.

I searched but the only thing i could find was people having issues and trying to figure them out but not actually getting LOTRO to work.

There is a big step by step post with pictures on it from what I recall.

I'm still finding time to test things myself. I'm putting LOTRO on some developer machines of mine right now as well for further testing.

if anyone has the link to getting LOTRO working on Pwnboxer, can you please link it, coz ive just been had off by a Warg, and I know for a fact if I was multiboxing, the chunt would be deader that a stray dog on a local highway.

Tim after some research of my own and about 10 hours of digging in forums i have found this to be a constant that alot of people are saying.


Under Documents in computer locate the lord of the rings online. Under [Net] locate ComputeUniquePort=True and chang it to False as i have in this example. This is suppost to allow you access to launching multiple instances.
Also the post you speak of with step by step i located and attempted the step by step and could not get second instance to launch thanks for the lead though.

i can run two instances no problem, i just copy the game to two separate hard drives, so i can run two accounts at once. The only problem i have is getting pwnboxer to load the game,

as stated b4 in my posts, pwnboxer will load lotro, but it acts as a shortcut to the log in screen, it does not actually load with lotro

sorry im tired, and waffling, Tim if you manage to run pwnboxer wth lotro will you please put a walkthrough on the forums, so we can see how it works.

i think if mr bahama does that work around to load x2 instances, does it not mean you have to update lotro manually ?
