I have a MM hunter in my group aswell and took imp Hunter's Mark + the glyph and let her only do Hunter's Mark.
No point in others putting up Hunter's Mark aswell

I have a different rotation for my MM hunter as well. I use a Serpent Sting, Arcane Shot, Aimed Shot, Arcane Shot, Aimed Shot. It works out to end within a second or two of needing to reapply the Serpent Sting. Since I use a wolf with my MM I don't send in the wolf he is on passive so in the slot that I used to have my pet attack macro I have a Hunters Mark macro which also casts my wolfs Ferocious Howl as well.
