| I would definitely go the Intel route. Right now Intel blows away any of the AMD PCs by far. I'm not talking by a little, I'm talking Intel CRUSHES AMD incredibly. Get the Intel 2600K, my benchmarks showed it to be nearly 3x as fast as the AMD 6 core. |

| It was the CPUs not the Mobos, but all of those were already recalled. Newegg pulled all the broken CPUs and only sells the new ones I'm pretty sure. |

| On the Mobo? Definitely go Gigabyte. I have somewhere around 8 systems, ranging from Q9650 to 2600k to I7 980 Extreme, they have been faultless for me. Plus the dual-bios system is awesome for overclocking. UD6F Gigabyte ones are awesome. |
