|  Re: Internet Connection (help) um my computer doesn't register me plugging it into the modem it says Unidentified Connection when I do that and doesn't go all the way out of the house, there is a big X between my house and the world when I look in the network and sharing center

| Re: Internet Connection (help) in addition, do you have a separate firewaall/router or is that functionality built into the cable modem? If it's the former, you almost certainly need to do some manual configuration on your PC when it's directly connect. The odds of charter running DHCP over their backbones is about zero.

| Re: Internet Connection (help) You may not cleared out your cookies , i feel it will be reason for your internet slow process . Go to browser then click tools & clear private data in it .. Then check out the speed of the internet in this site IP Details.com : Internet Speed test I found that speed of the internet in this site & got nice solution .. This site provide internet speed test at cheap cost & they are very much good in providing services ... |
