| Hey guys, Okay so I'm always thinking ahead to my next multiboxing group, and I was thinking, what would be the most fun town gank PVP team? My thoughts were this: What if I created a 5man team exclusively to hulk around alliance towns and do random ganking? Which classes should my team be? Right now I'm a bit torn: 5x Druids to gank, or 5x Rogues to gank. Druids: Have heals, can stealth, could potentially do PVE as dual-spec Rogues: Can vanish, better gank-style DPS, fan of knive spam in BGs What do you think? Would this even be possible? Would it be fun? Cheers! Tim |

| Well do you want stealthy ganking or do you want supremacy ganking? Id love to drag my shaman around and do some supremacy ganking at 80.

Interact with target has made it possible to do mele in pve, but in pvp.. its silly to try to seriously pvp with it, imo (this is my opinion from trying 5x paladins btw). Driuds, or 4 mages / 1 healer, or 5 mages. Mages can all blink away or into a group of people, freeze them all down, 5x blizzard with shatter crits.. or arcane spec insta kill solo targets.. or fire spec big aoe, instant cast flamestrikes.. and they have invisibility. .Also rogues are even worse choice for melee multiboxing because even with interact with target you wont be able to get them behind the enemy, so you cant do a good chunk of their abilitys. And as for fan of knives spam.. arcane explosion spam .

| With Shadowstep, you automatically appear behind your opponent. Or alternatively go with a combat type build (say dual maces for the stuns) which benefits from being behind but does not require it. Melee is completely viable (thanks to interact with target), check out this 5 Paladin boxer (user name Kromtor on the other boxing site) The World of Warcraft Armory |

| The only rogue moves that require 'behind the target' now are Ambush, garrotte, and backstab. You should be using Mut for dagger builds anyway so positioning shouldn't be an issue unless you are trying to vanish -> opener. Also Mace spec grants Armor Pen now instead of chance to stun. If you want to Stealthcore than maybe 1 druid + 4 Rogues. Main with the druid to give you some CC and recovery options. Otherwise I'd go with 5x Rogues for 5x Vanish epic ganks deep inside elite NPC areas or high traffic areas. |

| Well I really have no idea how rogues work to be honest. Is Fan Of Skill a combat build attack? My thought was rogues because I could easily stealth around town, picking off specific targets and then re-stealthing. For straight up town ownage, thats when we bring the Shamans Of Death in with the guild |

| Make yourself a PBAE bomb squad!! Either that or 5 boomkins - stealth in wherever you want... Pop into owl form and unleash hell... just faceroll until everythings dead or you die.

Deadly Brew (2/2), in Assassination applies crippling poison, any time you poison an enemy with Instant/Wound/Mind Numbing poisons. For city ganking, I'd go with Wound + Mind Numbing, which automatically then applies Crippling as well. Fan of Skill (like that name), applies all three in an AoE along with decent damage (or tons of dps, with 5x rogues). Cold Blood - Mutilate is pretty sick in PvP. That's two strikes because of Mutilate and they both automatically crit, which gives you the combo points for an immediate finisher. With five rogue's, you'd probably drop any single toon - a friend is messing around with 4x PvP rogues on the PTR, and two-shots any toon in full pvp gear, but the rogue test toons also have full pvp gear on test. | |
