| Re: how are they making a profit on this? My last two have been from CyberPower also. Have not had major problems with either computer. The first computer came with a standard keyboard that one of the keys did not work. I did not pursue anything there, was a $20 dollar item. My second one I am still using, I has been great so far. I have replaced the power supply, the original one the fan quit spinning and would heat up and shut down. Things like that I expect to happen  It has been a couple of years since my last order, so obviously things can and will change though. |

| Re: how are they making a profit on this? I hear both those websites use RMA'd equipment without telling the customer they are getting used gear. I wonder..? |
