The Spacegirls (Shammies) have been very generous....

Yes, the Kittens (Feral Druids) can level first...
Yes, the Gnomettes can search for the cookies (er DK's, can level up too)...
Sure, the Priests (Disc x5) can have their turn too...

With these changes, I bet the Spacegirls will want their turn to level too.

well, any range is nice in bg's since you can stay far away and do your thing with mele is kinda different, range people looking out for you, e.g mages/locks/etc... so i prefer range, since only class and bg's i'm interested with: i may also try 5 mages, 5 locks, 5 priests. (i like mages because you can blink or slow fall) same as priest slow fall plus fear. and bubble.

only mele class i would chose for bg's (and i'm talking about not arenas) is either 5 feral droods, or 5 rogues. 2 of my droods are 82 and 80, been thinking to make 2 ferals for arenas, but still not sure how that would work sa face melting.

The 4x DK + Healer is good, in that Death Grip is basically the same range (glyphed) as the maximum spell distance of basically every class except Hunter who has a couple of yards.
And with four DK's you basically have unlimited DG; it recharges when you kill someone worth honor or experience and when you use it on an immune target.
It is the equivalent of being Root/Snare immune.

I've enjoyed 4x/5x Elemental Shaman in BG's, 5x Feral Druids and the 4x DK/1x Healer.
Haven't played a ton of BG's, in the neighborhood of 25k kills on the DK team, and 10k range on most other teams I've messed around with.

decided to stick to 4 shamans, no need for me to keep 5th one since i wont be doing any dungeon runs anyways, I'm more of a bg guy, as far dungeons, and get some blue gear i can get runs from few friends i play with and get some good gear.

I also created 4 mages imagine, 4 images.

I have 85 DK and paly, but I may try 4 DK's just for fun.

Yep leveling my pally to 60 so the rested xp of myk Dk's don't super-cede the exp of my healer when they do dungeons. It will be great!

My eye started twitching just thinking about leveling up this way. In WOW, I level up via quests.

In games like Everquest, grinding out experience on mobs was pretty much the only way to level up, and so you did it over and over and over and over and... ugh. WOW's leveling curve was so much flatter than Everquest's, that grinding out levels on mobs seemed much easier. But the quest system was also much better, so you didn't need to.

These days the game seems to heavily favor questing. Quest rewards are pretty huge and you can usually complete anywhere from 2-5 quests in one area at the same time. The one type of quests that many multiboxers seem to try to avoid are collection quests, which are often a grind-fest. I think that the fastest and least painful way to level is via quests, though dungeon runs or PVP might be more attractive to others. Quests provide a huge boost for relatively little time and effort, IMO.

Lots of potentially nice changes for Elemental Shammies, in 4.2.
- Lightning Shield & Water Shield cannot be dispelled.
- Lava Flows increases haste by 90% when Flame Shock is dispelled, up from 30%.
- Thunderstorm reduces the speed of players who are knocked back by 40% for 5 seconds.
- Glyph of Unleashed Lightning (New Prime Glyph) allows Lightning Bolt to be cast while moving.

If they leave Flame Shock on the target, your Lava Burst is a guaranteed critical hit; if they dispel it, you gain a massive amount of haste which is both a DPS boost and a survivability (via Healing) boost.

Thunderstorm provides additional protection against melee, especially with round-robin Thunderstorm.

Being able to cast Lightning Bolts while moving is a tremendous boost to Elemental mobility.

One of the ways I change up my leveling is that once I get to the higher levels, 60-80, I tend to quest a hub and then when its done, I will queue for PVP, then I will go on to the next quest hub. That what I am not feeling the grind of ok... more quests... yay.
