| Senior Member | Re: Heads Up! am steaming beta for a few hours! i use Audio Repeater sotware to get usb headset to linein not all of us can have a good setup like you tim. its makeing but there no way i can get usb to be picked up by FmE. but it does not change a lot really, my just voice sucks even on the phone. anyway not feeling well today and isp massed up my upload so no steaming today not cus what u said btw.

| Re: Heads Up! am steaming beta for a few hours! I just use a USB Microphone. Why would you need a channel mixer? I bought my USB microphone (Audtiotech AT2020 USB) for something at work, so its pretty good quality. Sounds perfect. What software do you guys use for recording sound and mixing? |

| Re: Heads Up! am steaming beta for a few hours! I had this same problem using a USB headset when broadcasting. I could choose to feed the headset audio to the stream or the PC (game) audio, but not both at the same time. I eventually started using a software mixer (Virtual Audio Cable Virtual Audio Cable Home Page ) that did the job but it did tax the pc a bit. If you have an analog headset input then most soundcards can mix it automatically. |
