Default Glorious news

I GOT MY NEW COMP!!!!
HD4350 as Graphics instead of 5670

second thing:
I have recently come into ownership of a 19" HDTV and I was wondering if I could plug a vga right into the mobo's slot or would I need to get a splitter so they can run off the card?

(If the first option is possible I have the cord ready)

If i'm looking at the right video card you have 2 connections on it allready 1 DVI and 1 VGA. If your main screen is using the VGA allready your going to need a DVI to VGA adapter to hook up the other screen. As for using the onboard video with your graphics no unless this new system has a hybred crossfire.

If you've already got 2 monitors plugged in and you want to use this as a 3rd, it MAY be possible, but unlikely. Very few, but some motherboards allow the use of the onboard VGA whilst using the graphics card's outputs. You'll have to check up on the net, because it's quite rare... but there's always hope.

Your options are somewhat limited. If you want to use the HDTV, it will have to use the DVI port for it. If you dont have a DVI port on the TV, pick up a DVI-HDMI adaptor. Its a cheap adaptor since the encoding schemes are the same. Which means the VGA port will go to the computer monitor. You can't use it (or that s-video output) for your HDTV since neither supports the resolutions necessary for HD resolution.

Just a side note since you didnt mention it. A 720p TV will support 1280x720 resolution. A 1080p TV will support 1920x1080 resolution. Im not positive how a 1080i TV will handle computer resolutions.

A splitter will simply repeat the image to two different displays.

Youll need an adaptor to go from DVI to HDMI but it should work just fine.

Yea, the HDTV will take the video signal just fine with a standard HDMI cable.
