It only makes sense for the contest to have known variables, such as the price to ship places. It wouldn't be realistic to have the contest be open to residents who live in a place that costs more to ship the actual system than the system price itself.

But otherwise, if you want to enter from outside of the US, you can. You might want to read the rules again.

UPDATE: If you can find a retailer with an equivalent system in your country for the equivalent price with a website we can order from, and your country allows this, than you can participate too!!

Somebody mentioned that this contest might not work out as well due to people who want to multibox and win this PC to do it, well, they might not be able to make a video multiboxing because they don't have a PC to do it
