Frame Rate for VHScrCap not saving

So after setting the frame rate in VhScrCap to 30, I close it. After launching Justin.bat my FPS is still 15-16. I reopen VhScrCap and the Frame Rate resets itself. Is this suppose to happen? If I don't launch Justin.bat but reopen VhScrCap after setting it to 30 it doesn't reset.

Someone told me VhScrCap frame rate doesn't pertain to streaming, so I am a bit confused. Any kind of help would be nice

It does save, it just doesn't load what it shows when you restart VHScrCap. So everytime you restart it, just re-enter your config options and close it to save.

May I ask then why my justin.bat file with VP6 encode is locked at 15 fps? When I use H.264 the FPS is 20fps and higher, but the quality REALLY lacks when anything happens, especially moving the screen in Hon. Even doing nothing I'm stuck at 15 FPS when I stream my desktop.

Just incase I'm posting my specs



AMD Anthlon II x4 635 Processor 2.90 GHz
Sapphire HD Radeon 4500
4 gigs ram
698gigs of hardrive space, 27gigs free space

I also have my wallpaper at shuffle, but it was still stuck at 15-16 FPS with and without it so I don't think that is the problem

If you need anymore info I am willing to get them if needed
