Default Re: Exact way to stream with FME to JTV - READ HERE

After I look at it again it isn't that bad, just looks a little grainy. I guess i am just limited by my upload speed. It is only 1.5-2.0 megabits depending on the day. Is there a way that you know of to just record it in very high quality so I could upload to youtube or something without being hindered by my upload?

I believe Tim mentioned something about Camtasia. I'm not quite sure how to set it up though, I haven't really messed with recording.

In your opinion is it grainy because it is such a dark game?

I'm not sure... From what I've seen on other streams, it's not as grainy... Hmm

@Tappa Never saw that error before. Hmm... Did you set up the profile correctly? I think that's what the error is saying.

@slave are you trying to stream at a higher resolution than your monitor?

I changed my FME to 2.5 which fixed all of my problems. My last and final forever problem is that I'm having trouble getting 1600 x 900 to work to the standards of 1280 x 700. Is there a way to stream the whole screen without changing the resolution to a lower one?

I don't believe so. I had the same issue with my laptop when trying to stream. You need to change the resolution to one that is supported.
