Technically you are streaming your desktop, so whatever can be in windowed mode you can stream.

Ok, u have talked about the Software side but u have not talked about the Hardware side.

I mean what is the required TV Card for the best streaming? and other hardware parts required?

Thank you.

Question for all you gurus:

GOt everything running smoothly, except for the sound. On my machine, I have only two options present in FME, both of which are microphones. I do not wish to broadcast my key clicks and sneezes. Specifically, I'd like to play the sounds from WoW (after all, that's what I'm broadcasting). Is there any way to do this?

saltedfish, have you tried installing that RealTek drivers and seen if Stereo Mix pops up?

natheeth, for streaming on PC all you need is software, and a good PC.
For console streaming etc, I'd recommend BlackMagic Intensity Pro (even if I dont have it, I've seen others use it, and its pure HD quality).

I did indeed. I downloaded the package from the OP, and ran it. The first time it ran, it informed me that it uninstalled the drivers. Confused, I restarted and ran it again, and was informed that the drivers had been installed. I fired up FME and looked for more options under the audio drop-down, but no dice.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium on a stock Asus G73JW series.

If worse comes to worse, you can buy a 5mm headphone jack extender and hook your audio output straight into your microphone port.

Granted, unless you use a splitter, you won't hear any audio on your end. Just a thought.

Good news everybody: I figured it out. Somehow the Stereo Mix thing got disabled, as in turned off. Turning it on made it pop up and now everything should work.

Thanks all.
