That is a good idea, and I tried that,

And I also tried it at the end of the whole statement. :/

I'm assuming you're running a 32-bit OS.

You assumed right, and I got it fixed. I didn't set the right path, I was missing one letter.

Sounds like the the justin.xml isn't saved as UNICODE or has an error in it.

Hey all. Been streaming APB for a week now, tweaking settings and such. I only saw ONE post about mouse micro-stutter in FPS games, and this is incredibly important. I think that I've noticed that if I set my framerate in FME & Vhscrcap to 30, the mouse ISN'T as smooth as if I set both FME & VHscrcap to 60 or even 120. It seems like setting FME/Vhscrcap to 30 fps limits the game to 30 fps, even though it's playing at 60+. Can anyone else help me confirm this?

Also, this is my .bat file, and when I open task manager, FME still has "normal" priority and is still running on all cores, not core 0. (Also, setting FME to core 0 (NOT core 4 as in the guide) is super important for an i7, because it has the highest multiplier of all the cores when turbo boost kicks in, right?)
Code:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flash Media Encoder 2.5\FMEcmd.exe" /p c:\fme\justin.xml
CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flash Media Encoder 2.5"
start /affinity 1 /high FMEcmd.exe /p c:\fme\console.xml
Also, I have a ridiculous problem with FME freezing randomly, could freeze 1 min after starting a cast, could freeze 8 hours after starting a cast. FME freezes my entire comp, no bluescreen, just frozen picture, can't alt+tab or anything. I saw one other post about it in this thread, but I don't believe it was resolved. My computer runs torture tests fine, so I doubt it's the computer (FME has been the only thing to ever cause my computer to flat out randomly freeze).

i7 920 @ 3.4 ghz, 6GB DDR 3, HD 5870.

Okay so I'm wondering what my ideal settings might be for my connection/PC. I've tested many options and so far I haven't liked anything yet.

Here are my specs:

Core i7 930 (2.8 ghz)
Monitor Resolution: 1280 x 720
Current Broadcast Resolution: 720 x 400
Current Video Bitrate: 1000
Current Audio Bitrate: 128
Current FPS: 15
Format: VP6

ISP Specs:

So I've experimented with different bitrates/fps' (800 rate with same res etc..) and I'm still not sure if I like the mix I have going on right now. I'm getting still pretty blocky quality and frame drops here and there. I'm thinking the thing to do is maybereduce the stream resolution and the bitrate some more. If you guys could give me a ballpark for my ideal settings that would be great! Also running fme in command line wouldn't help too much would it? Thanks!

I'm getting similar errors as other users, but I can't for the life of me figure out where a typo could be.
