Hello, I love your guide and what you have done. And I would love it even more if I got it to work. Everything works as intended exept my FPS which is as low as 8 sometimes. The problem is that the game dosent lag at all only the stream I have about 60 to 70 fps in game and my stream has around 8-13 fps. It's realy annoing since everything else works just perfect. I have 100mbit down and 10mbit up. Also I post a picture of everything I think is the most important.
My.bat

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flash Media Encoder 2.5\FMEcmd.exe" /p c:\fme\justin.xml
CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flash Media Encoder 2.5"
start /high FMEcmd.exe /p c:\fme\console.xml

I switched to H.264 and 60fps with VHscreen config. I ended up with an stream that's pretty okey to watch but I still have the weard problem that I have 60-70 fps in game and now 17-22 fps stream. Why cant I get the stream to have 30fps? or even more? In my own logic the computer should start to have some lag befor the stream starts lagging? Im confused. Also is it possible to play in 1920-1080 and record in 1280-720?

That would be in the stream settings in FME, as well as your CPU and bandwidth capabilities.

Yeh, I have a 6 core 3.6ghz and 10up so there should not be anyproblems? Ive tried dxtory also which gives me the same kind of stream lag but the dxtory program shows me 60ingame fps and 30 stream. I also tested fme 3.2 with some success tested different codecs and so on kinda feels like I have done it all. If i try xsplit the stream will just go down at random times but xsplit is still streaming the team from xsplit havent realy responded to that in anyway that fix the problem. But I like the FME "cmd" option the most and I realy want it to work proper. Current settings is

In: 1920-1080
Out: 1280-720
Fps: 30
Codec: Vp6
Datarate: 1500 (0 drops)
Avg Quality - Great Framerate

Im open for any suggestions

Hey I got a headset that uses a jack instead of a usb port because I thought that would make FME detect my mic but it didn't It just says incorrect parameters and the sample rate options would disappear when I select anything except my usb headset which if I used would only record the mic part of that headset and not the speaker part.

So I had to install FMLE 3.2 If I wanted the sample rate options to come back, and I got Amarectv for my audio problems and it worked but only for recording my speakers because It didn't recognise my mic so it just said (none) whenever I selected it and would give me an unspecified error and not work.

FMLE 3.2 still doesn't detect my "What U Hear" stereo mix even though i'm using my sound card now.

and to top it all off my justin.bat file doesn't work it just opens for a moment and then closes, It doesn't work in FME 2.5 or FMLE 3.2, I edited the path for when I switched to 3.2 and everything.

Someone please help me before I go completely insane.

also I decided to use Dxtory instead of VHScrCap, anything I need to change besides the capture device in justin.xml if I'm to do this?
