Well i got further than last time i had a winge, but now "VH CONFIG" is broken, I assume. When i try and start it nothing happens, then it tells me something has stopped working, where as yours opens up into a settings pan and you have all the buttons on that little panel,

For /cd FME to work, FME must be in the default save location.
(/cd literally is the dos command to change directory).

If you installed to a different location, then the path would be different.
You could go with several /cd commands, each getting you a step closer.
You could also go with the full path: /cd c:/whatever/something/fme

The steps do say to install to the default location, and subsequent steps assume you did so.

If you cannot get the FME/VHScrap to work, take a look at XSplit (XSplit - Going Live is Simple).
That's eventually what I did.

The software is in a beta stage, and likely will be until somewhere in the summer (that is their estimate), and is free while its in beta.
There is a substantial discount on the purchase price, while its in beta; if you like the software, consider supporting it with a subscription.

The configuration is very easy.
There are videos on the site demonstrating how it works.

It is another option, anyway.

From what i know X-Split has already launched 1.0 Final so it's not beta anymore. I still think it has a free license but i am not sure.

XSplit is really good now, but it isn't fully free, so it has limitations. Though it is a great program, definitely suggest checking it out.

Otherwise FME is free, a little bit of effort to configure it, but I used it for YEARS and it was amazing still

Is there something I have to delete pertaining to FME so it will recognize my Stereo mix or something?

Personally, I find Xsplit good only for console based games but not for PC games. Using Xsplit for pc games is unnecessary resources that can be better used for your game instead. For some reason, I also have to search around for different servers with low pings/jitters before broadcasting. There's times when I'll broadcast using xsplit and I'll just see my bitrate drop down to like 100kbps.

FME with Dxtory though is pretty godlike. Less cpu usage and I never ran into an issue of having to search for a server that's not jittery.

Hey Robbydse, a big thing to check is the "Frame Drops" You will always want that to be < 0. If it drops, it typically means your bitrate is too high for your internet connection. Try lowering it 10% at a time until it stays around 0 for the Server Buffer / Frame Drops.
