Here's one of my highlights from today. Looks excellent in full screen!
Justin.tv

Stream turned out pretty good. Thanks for the help guys!

EDIT: If anyone could tell me how to increase my streaming framerate, as I am only getting 10-15, I would greatly appreciate it!

I want to be able to play any sound my computer has, like if I want to play music from my iTunes collection, stream it from web radio, or game music. And still have the option of my voice. I do have the g35 headset and when the mic is up its muted, so does that mute all music? The mic is really sensitive and when my girlfriend speaks in the background its heard clearly on the stream.

I've heard that people use virtual audio cable to do something similar, I think. Maybe check that out? I don't really have a lot of experience with it, though.

In your XML file, there should be an entry for framerate. Try bumping that up a tad. Also, what are your computer specs like?

Alright, I'll try that.

Some pc specs-
AMD Phenom II 2.70Ghz processor(6core)
6gb of Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5670 Gfx Card

Anything else?

Nope, just wanted to see what kind of hardware you are running, as that can determine framerate. Looks like your computer won't really limit you, so i'd try the XML file.

The framerate was at 60. I bumped it up to 75 and didn't see much change. Bumped it to 100 and it was still the same 10-15 framerate. Any idea on what's wrong?

Hmm, there might also be a setting in VHScrCap. Are you noticing a significant performance drop when viewing your stream? And have you tried pausing your stream to see if there is any framerate increase caused by justin tv?

Well most of the time I've been streaming I just pop the chat out and close the stream because I think I do kind of lag. When I open the VHScrCap my settings aren't there, and when the box pops up I can only see the about tab. I'll try and see if pausing the stream works.

EDIT: yeah, pausing stream didn't work either. =\

Thanks for the guide first of all.

I have a question regarding the streaming.

On speedtest.net, my download is around 5 meg, with around 2.5 upload.

This is my .xml

I have my FPS set to 30 on both cap config and encoder.

I have encoder at 1280x720 resolution

200 bitrate on encoder.

I have also tried 350 bitrate and 60 FPS on both config and encoder.

I am wondering if it is my internet or something with my settings that causes the low frames. Granted, I run off a wireless (unfortunately cannot be helped), but I think maybe its running slower than it should be.
