Your setup looks fine for 720p. There will be a delay, as the packets need to be sent to JTV and back when you watch the channel. If the delay is large, however, then that's a different story.

My main issue is figuring out what settings to use in fme ><. The xsplit delay seems longer than 10 seconds to me.

Well, there is going to be a delay. Even moreso if you are not in the U.S. I haven't really worked with xsplit, so I'm not sure how to tweak it.

I know that there will be a slight delay for now I simply need help with fme 3.1 /2.5 settings. I don't know what format, fps, datarate (bitrate) I should use. This thread is the main one I am redirected to let me know if you need more details. I would simply like to stream games with lots of movement or action without it looking very bad.

Ah, right then.

The factors are the strength of your computer and your internet upload speed. Start by posting those

For that, you can stream at a pretty high datarate. I'd try 2000-2500?

EDIT

I finally switched around resolutions to get everything running smoothly. However my monitor uses res 1440x900 so I used the resolution 1280x1024 so i just have some borders. I assume I am doing everything correctly. Now I have two small remaining problems. The first is some sort of watermark. I have tried about 4 different versions of VHSC and I still have several horizontal black lines. The second is that sound input is asking for recording (microphone) rather than speakers or another output device. Do I just change to my output even tho its not supported by FME?

To answer your second question about sound: you need to choose an input device, not output device. It can't record sound going out, just sound going in.

Unless I misunderstood your question?
