| Ok... it is time for me to learn how to make one of the slaves to be the main toons in case the leader dies... How do you that? and everybody else follow/assist the new leader? Thanks! |

| Senior Member | Set a focus macro like this, charname is the name of the toons you want ( main, toon 1,toon 2, toon 3) Code: /focus [target=charname, nodead][target=charname, nodead][target=charname, nodead][target=charname, nodead] The only downside of this is that when all your toons are dead, no one will have a focus so you will have to have a separate macro to target your main when your dead. For assist & follow, Code: /follow focus Code: /assist focus Last edited by arbiter; 08-24-2009 at 12:37 AM. |

| Senior Member | Keep in mind the order in which you put those names. If your main dies, you'll need to switch to the first toon in the list. Otherwise, you'll end up on a toon that's following someone else and no one will move the way you want. |

| /focus [target=charname, nodead][target=charname, nodead][target=charname, nodead] I just use that on my two slaves (with the proper names) and nothing... the broadcast doesn't works... :/ EDIT: It works if everybody is in the group (main and the 2 slaves).. but it doesn't work when I log out the main... AARRGGG!! Last edited by CAPO; 08-25-2009 at 12:45 AM. |

| To test the focus thing in the slaves... I don't want to kill the main to see if it works.. EDIT: Ok, I think is working.. at least with "exists" everything is running smoothly.. the only thing is in the second character I only used /focus [target=MAIN, exists, nodead] And I think I'm done with this focus nightmare.. if A dies, C will focus B... then if A is alive and B or C die I don't care... Thanks AGAIN!! NEw quick question.. is possible to select B as the leader automatically if A dies? Last edited by CAPO; 08-25-2009 at 01:16 AM. |

| I'm using Jamba for some things too ... but it is already hard for me to understand how some stuff work in Jamba.. for example the "automatically" change of master... :/ |

| Senior Member | This is why I do single invites for my group so I can keep my group order the same so this focus macro is effective. I previously just used the invite group function built into Jamba and had a couple of wipes happen because non of my toons where attacking after my priest died because they had the wrong focus. |
