Building the new PC to give away IN PROGRESS! - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

Hey all,

Just a heads up that I just got back from the store and am building the new PC to be given away on the website as mentioned here: http://multiboxing.tv/forums/f17/mul...or-you-30.html

The goal: 3.6ghz e8400 stable overclock, with ATI 4870 overclocked, to be able to *breeze* through 5 World of Warcraft multiboxing...

... and then give the system away to a lucky person

Build is in progress, pictures will be coming tonight and tomorrow hopefully!!

My 3 favorite things in the whole world:

TV Shows:
Lie To Me* - Fox Network
Burn Notice - USA Network

and of course World of Warcraft

I would have put "Life" and "Kings" in there but NBC decided to cancel them because they have no patience or imagination >.>

Kings was canceled due to poor ratings, because people don't watch shows live anymore and advertisement companies don't count DVR/Tivo numbers.

and

Life was largely canceled because NBC didn't have any room in their lineup thanks to Jay Leno's new show that airs all damn week. So instead of filtering it in or allowing the show to migrate to another channel, they shut it down and buried it.

an i7 920 with 8g ram would probably cost a little more (not much though), but he had most of these parts sitting around IIRC.

Well I have the PC up to 3.6ghz and it is able to fully run 3dMark and fully run Prime95 and it is looking pretty good.

Doing more testing and photos will come!

Im rolling with an athlon64 2600+ with a 9400 card. The 4 GB of RAM dont get full-on love because of my 32bit OS

. Id love to get my hands on that box.
