| Senior Member | i been on the phone trying to get through to bliizard billing support for like 3 hours, all the time its telling me the queue is full and that it cant accept any more callers, i then all of a sudden get in~!!! and it tells me im in a queue for about 4 minutes, whats the deal with that, they can only hold a small ammount of callers in the que or what, i used to call like last year and ide get straight into a queue and talking within like 10 minutes. |

| It's such a nice voice though ![]() I had to listen to that voice for maybe an hour over different occasions last week, and I never got tired of it. "Please try again later." And I was like "Sure, no problem!".

| I believe if you breeze through their automated problem solving phone system, it puts you to the top of the que automatically. |

| Senior Member | call them up and its like, press 1 for support in english, (click 1) Im sorry all of our support staff are currently busy and we are no longer accepting calls to the queue, you can get support online blah blah blah hang up |
