Best group for heroic farming? +Question for Tim

Long time Pwnboxer user/Forum reader, 1st time poster...

First of all I just want to give a quick shoutout to Tim on the awesome software! I am a keyclone convert Keep up the awesomeness!

I have watched several of Tim's streams now while he tackles some heroics on is Druid/Sham x 4 team... and I was wonder, what is the BEST 5 man multiboxed group for the purpose of heroic farming?

With 3.3 coming out, if you use the "random heroic" function of the new LFG system, it will let you repeat heroics you may have already done in the same day. This will essentially let you do heroics all day long if you want (plus other than the 1st go which gives you 2 emblems of frost, every other go will give you 2 bonus emblems of triumph, making getting a set of tier 9 rather trivial).

I currently have an 80 Prot Paladin/80 Resto Shaman (same account) and an 80 Fury Warrior (dif account). In total I have 4 accounts from my various jumps into multiboxing (haven't done anything more than triplebox yet).

If I can use toons I already have great, if not I have no problem getting my 5th account and leveling 5 new toons from scratch.

My question of Tim is, If the Druid/Sham4 group is indeed the best, could you share in detail the macro/keystroke/clickmacro process setup on all 5 of your toons? I have seen the threads for your 5 shaman group, but to my knowledge I haven't seen a thread detailing your Druid/Sham4 group. I would love to mimic what you have done so far and get started with my own 5 man team!

this is not ture the "random heroic" can olny be done once a day for the exta's it has a 23h cooldown have all HC if your saved u will not be repicked to enter one u can only get 2 emblems of frost a day. it be silly if not and 2 EOT from a normal dungon that is in normal mode this normal can be done at level 78

"Best" is all relative. I mean, I'm running a mixed group and I think that it'll be superior to Tim's team in terms of heroics. Of course, theres no way I'll be able to PVP with it. With the /click macros, you can pretty much run a mix of anything you want and it'd perform just fine. Personally, I'd maximize your long buffs and see how well the short buffs synergize with the group make up.

You misunderstood...

The gist of that section of my post was that you can do the "Random Heroic" as many times a day as you want, but the 1st one that day is the only one that awards 2 EoFfrost, every other time you run a "Random Heroic" that day you get 2 EoTriumph

From the 3.3 patch notes...

• # The Heroic Wrath of the Lich King Daily Random Dungeon option will award two Emblems of Frost no more than once a day.
• # The normal Wrath of the Lich King Daily Random Dungeon option will award two Emblems of Triumph no more than once a day.
  
• # Continuing to complete Wrath of the Lich King Heroic instances using the Daily Random Dungeon option will award players two additional Emblems of Triumph each time.

You can use the random dungeon system to run heroics you've already ran. It ignores any lockouts.

Yup!

Hence if you have the willpower you could use it all day long for a few days straight and farm enough EoTs to buy your tier 9 set.

The additional beauty is that if you use the system to run non-heroics as you're leveling, you'll get a special care package with a selection of random "of the" gear from a couple slots.
