AV Bonus Weekend - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

I noticed AV weekend is coming up and was wondering if I should concentrate my time doing AV BGs for leveling up in the 61 - 70 bracket. Does anyone know if the XP will be worth doing instead of questing or instance grinding?

weekends have silly xp i leveled 17-19 in 2 hours 3 bgs and saw this weekend someone level 60-64 in 2 hours on eye weekend it does to down to the win/loss
