I just got it, made my guy on the Wutang-sounding server, but haven't played much. I plan on joining the guild that a lot of the JTV streamers are on (such as Bwana's channel). If you guys play FFXIV, let us know, would be cool to get us all in the same guild!

| I may devote a night a week in the future to streaming MMOs. Maybe we can get some broadcaster raids someday :P

I'm on the Wutai server, Bwana's guild. I'm not sure how much I like the game though. What are your thoughts on it?

its built for consoles, thats what annoys me becuase you have to go into the main menu to do anything, you cant just press b to open inventory or c to see character info, instead you have to press home everytime then select the option you want from there

so only collector's edition are able to play now and standard copies will start later this week. i guess i'm not too late afterall, so is the game worth playing even if cataclysm is just around the corner (i just bought Civ 5 as well)?

i'm on the fence whether to play FFXIV it or not, i still have a few days left on my WoW accounts and can reactivate anytime especially with the rumors that cata release is pushed out to december/january. i'm currently playing Civ5 but it's quickly getting old. i don't know how to get into Vindictus beta, i may re-install LotRO but i haven't played it for years. FFXIV reviews/previews are mixed, WoW fans doesn't seem to like it. i don't mind it being hardcore or mostly grinding as long as it's fun. i just don't like what i see in some videos where 99% of the time they are fighting some kind of a domesticated animal instead of some bad ass looking monster. how about multiboxing (at least dual boxing) it, does it have potential? is there a follow and targetting (friends and foes) mechanics/macros in place? or is this just another game to avoid and level my WoW teams instead (sitting at lvl 65) for cata.
