Any Alternative to VHScrCap?

Hello, I'm trying to do some wow streaming but i keep having trouble with VHScrCap, it always crashes when im trying to configure it and when i reopen it, and i select to make a new one it closes and nothing happens so i'd like to know if there is any other software that does the same that works for windows 7 ultimate x64 bit.

The software isn't messed up, it is all good. Run the program, configure it, then close it. The settings are saved. If you re-run the program that clears them out and you have to reset it.

So just run it once, close it, and you are all good. Nothing is supposed to happen.

Alright, but the problem is that when I'm configuring it for the first time and selecting which window to record, I drag the thingy to the window I want to stream and the program crashes. I've trying reinstalling the program a lot of times already and if I start broadcasting with the .bat file I made it never goes over 15fps and it doesnt record the only the wow window as i want, it records everything im seeing in my screen.
