I did try all shadow, but didn't survive long..

I just read something Tim said about holy nova on Shadow priests due to all the mana recovery abilities.

Does anyone have an opinion on this? I would be interested to here more about this possible setup.

Hey Dan,

Yea the mana recovery as Shadow doing holy nova spamming is virtually endless. It has been a while since I've done this, but I remember doing some move that granted 10% mana, and then something else about taking damage on SW, 2 things that gave mana. So I added those into a rotation while spamming holy nova and basically found I could spam it endlessly. Oh, also there is a glphy that cuts the GCD in half, enabling you to spam it SUPER fast.

It was a ton of fun, you literally could farm instances by spamming holy nova. The heals and dps is that uber.
