That looks pretty impressive. Will probably be tweaked a bit, but times 5 will still be devastating.

As for the video... a 78 second video with a 34 second introduction. Looks like someone fell in love with his text-editing tools. What is it with WOW-related videos and unnecessarily long intros???

Question: What is giving him mana back so often? Also, his cast time seems tiny, what is changing that?

I don't know about the cast time (haste?) but the mana regen is probably from 2/2 Rolling Thunder.
