Default WOW burnout....

How do you guys cope with burnout?

Been grinding constantly for the last month to get 9 groups of 2 to level 40 (Well, 6@40, 2@45 and 1@55), all without any form of distraction while playing (no tv or music in pc room ) and it's getting hard to even log in at the mo!

What do you guys do to alleviate the boredom while RaF levelling?

Take breaks. Do something else for a day or two. Listen to music while you play .

Think I need to purchase that nice 22" lcd tv/dvd i've seen. Will look nice mounted above my monitors and will make the grind much easier. Pity my pc can't play music while running 3 wow accounts

what?! blasphemy!!!!

but i am feeling the burnout as well. got my shamans to 80 and tried running some dungeons(heroric) and I failed to get past the trash. really had to motivation to fix my /click stuff for the characters and just decided to lvl 4 DK's on horde side for awhile. although I am beginning to get burnout doing that as well

so I am going to take a few days and watch a whole bunch of anime and movies I missed in the last few years

Remember, it's just a game... it's just a game... it's just a game... it's just a game...

No! It can't be just a game! I can't just leave my character sitting on a bench in Orgrimmar and walk away forever. He needs me!

Rule 1: Always take breaks to stretch, sitting liek a lump for hours is no good.

Rule 2: tv and music are your friends, use them to get thru hell lvls. (example: do 1/4 or 1/2 the level and watch some TV, come back, pop on some music that gets ur blood pumpin and knock out the rest of it.)

Rule 3: PVP is a nice distraction, when leveling gets to be your main focus and you are getting annoyed that its so slow... take ur anger out on a member of the opposite faction.

Rule 4: The Auction House - A game of its own. Take a small break from the hack n slash spell castin grind and learn the ins and outs of the most fluid money system there is. If you get the basics down and understand bull and bear markets... you will reap the rewards. Making money with little to no effort rejuvenates some people

Rule 5: And most importantly, the moment this game feels like a job.. Log off, get up, go out, and get ur real life fun on. A game should never feel like work. At that point it ceases to be a game and ur just wasting time for no pay off.

Just my thots...
