What's faster for leveling????

I've searched for it here but nothing exact came up to answer my question...

Scenario: (1) Booster 80, (1 or 2) slaves

What's faster on leveling at 60+:

1. Boosting with a GROUPED 80 on quests with 1 or 2 slaves.
2. Boosting with an UNGROUPED 80 healing only, on quests with 1 or 2 slaves.
3. Boosting with a 80 tank in instances up to 70.

What's faster on leveling at 70+:

1. Boosting with a 80 tank in low level WOTLK dungeons with 1 or 2 slaves? Can it be done with a ave ilvl 220 Prot Paladin with no healer and slaves really not doing anything? If so, which WOTLK dungeon do you think is the max one can do it this way?
2. Boosting with a GROUPED 80 on quests.
3. Boosting with an Ungrouped 80 healing only, on quests.

How I break it up:
Day 1: Quest 1->20
Day 2: SM Cath 20->45
Day 3: Scholo 45->55
Day 4: Ramps 55-> 60
Day 5: Ramp 60->65
Day 6: SL 65->68
Day 7: UK 68->71

What do you guys recommend after 71?

Quests or the next highest dungeon? If quests, do you suggest the 80 be partnered and just wipe everything out or not partnered and just heal?

Utgarde Keep until you can do Old Kingdom imo.

Or just watch what my new Pally team does, I'll be there soon enough.
