Tank/healer duo

What would be the best way of going about this. Im thinking Pally tank and priest healer but also thinking Dr00d tank dr00d healer. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Im still fairly new to multiboxing and using pwnboxer if that helps any.

I did a warrior priest combo which was fun before the fury nerf then i stopped playing my warrior at 77. I might pick it back up one day but the priest didnt do much except spam renew while i took on loads of mobs.

ProtadinDiscPriest works quite well (if I do say so myself).

Prot War/Priest, Prot War/Healadin, or Protadin/Healadin might work quite well as well

Any of the tanking classes = Pally,Druid,Warrior will do well with any of the healing classes = Pally, Druid, Shaman, Priest. I think it depends on your play style, Druid tanks "Can" be easy, I know..I tanked Kara too much before I stopped playing, But Pally's are just like a bull in a china shop once at a decent level. Your Pally might be a good choice just because of how easily they can help themselves if they get low on health.

I love Druids so I am thinking of a 5 man Druid group next with Feral Tank, 3 Balance and of course a resto.

I'm currently doing a ret pally with a shadow priest and I can take on 7 or 8 green mobs easily...it's fun but boring at the same time.

thanks for all the help, currently have Raretank and Rareheals at 22 on Blackrock and went with the pally tank and priest healer.

I've done (H)UK, (H)AN, (H)DTK easily

Fails: (H)Nex [dps kept aggroing], (H)VH [dps kept aggroing], (H)GD [dps kept aggoing]

Gee, I wonder what the problem might have been?

Very hard to do this stuff as a simple tank/heals combo. You are going to have to rely on dps being smart.

That said, let me explain how I'm doing things, and maybe someone can tell me [urdoinitwrong]:

I have Linux box, with 2 windows open. 1680x1050 res. main is 1024x768 window (tank) and 800x600 (healer). I'm simply using Sloppy focus so I can move the mouse back and forth, and it takes quite a bit of keyboard agility to do this properly. Is it possible, or smart even to try and use something like pwnboxer or ********?

I don't understand how mapping healing keys for tank's taunt and such make sense.

Plus, on healer I have giant GIANT buttons so they are easily clickable with VuhDo.

In my opinion, the <insert tank class>/<insert healing class> combo works quite well. It deals out the damage and is quite proficient at AoE nowadays.
