Hey everyone, Well like the title says I am a super noob at multi boxing but have seen it going on for a very long time. hated the fact I got raped in Arena by 5 shammys... but always thought it was cool. I recently purchased another account so I can RAF it up. Purchase I mean bought all expansion up to wrath for $15. So my questions are... 1. With a G19 am I able to have my raf account do what my main account is doing? 2. I have 2 monitors does that help my Multiboxing skills? 3. Is a program absolutely needed in order to have my 2nd character mirror the skills I do and which program do you recommend that are Free..... Not looking to pay for something I am only going to be using for a short time. If you can answer all those question I will be very greatful Thank you so much

You are able to do multiboxing with any kind of keyboard, you do not need additional keys (such as G-keys) to do it. They do help alot, however. Having two monitors MAY help you. Not everyone has the degree of multitasking "skill" to easily look at two monitors at the same time and handle each situation. I honestly don't know of any even half decent multiboxing softwares. I highly recommend Pwnboxer, though it has a yearly cost which is still very well worth it.

This is done in the keyboard settings, the software that came with it. You have to have a keybinding in-game, say as an example ALT+F1, and bind a G-key to that same keybinding. Doing so, when you press the G-key, it will instead send ALT+F1 to the games so you don't have to bother actually pressing all those extra buttons. Most multiboxers use these features to save time and effort, I know I hate having to press i.e ALT+F6 or even worse CTRL+ALT+F6 heh.

I'm not sure what you're saying, Sinotek. You want a G-key only to activate on one of the windows? I don't know how to do this except with ISBoxer. You can simply bind the keys the same on all, and place the desired spells only on those that you want to use it. Example: Binding G1 to i.e ALT+1 and only 1 character has a spell there instead of all.

| I don't think you'll efficiently box with just the fancy keyboard. I have a G15 (the old style, with three banks of 18 keys per bank), and that's a lot of extra keys to bind things to. But an actual software boxing program will help you, far more than the keyboard, for boxing. This forum is for Pwnboxer mostly, and that's a decent option. IS Boxer is another option worth checking out. Both of those are subscription models, where you pay so much per year or per quarter, etc. If you want to go a free route, the top program is Hot Key Net (HKN), but that is script based. There is a sample script and tutorials on how to adapt that to do different approaches. Aside from not having a graphical interface to play with, most of the features for boxing that the other programs have, can be done with HKN too. Pwnboxer Multiboxing/Dualboxing Software www -dot- isboxer -dot- com HotkeyNet: Home AutoHotkey - Free Mouse and Keyboard Macro Program with Hotkeys and AutoText Solid ICE - the Official home of Keyclone GameCommanderPro.com | Not an octopus? Then GameCommanderPro is for you. *Edit* Guess Tim still has IS Boxer's site blocked out. |

One of the very few reasons I use ISBoxer over Pwnboxer right now - don't get me wrong, I love Pwnboxer all the same - is because it has native support for adding G-keys or any other programmable keys that you may have on your mouse or keyboard. Lets not forget the repeater regions though. I haven't really looked into Pwnboxer, if it allows you to add G1, G2 etc to the key mappings, but it should have the support imo.
