Default Starting a 4box group. 2 have BoA,,,

Has anyone had any experience in leveling a team (four in my case) in which some of the toons have BoA exp stuff? Two of mine have shoulders available(so 10%+). Also all will be linked with RaF and not boosting. So will the shoulders make enough of a difference for me to just not use them and update the shoulders as i go?

Its hard to pass up the stats

The shoulders (badges) and chest (stone keeper shards) stack.
Each reduces the experience required by 10%
Combined, you need 19% less experience to level.

(0.90 x 0.90 = 0.8100 = 81% exp required)

I've run teams with mixed bonus exp heirlooms.
By 65th, a team which was the same percentage into 60th when they dinged, the toon with the extra 10%, is now 70% further into the level.

Not really a big deal.
I spend the talent point immediately.
And train, when the last one dings their level, so all toons need training.

Tim and I are dealing with this issue with our Priest/Hunter Team.

Bwesonb, Timheals, and Timhealz have BoA Shoulders and Chests.

Awesona and Cwesonc dont have either. Realize as you level, people will die and that partially balances out XP. Other than that, always can take those lagging behind and run them using the LFD tool

All in all, we haven't fallen too far apart, cept when Tim decides to play without me :P
