Random Dungeon... not so random?

Anyone else experiencing something similar?

The healer for my squad is about 1.5 level higher than the rest, and have been random dungeoning since 60. Only its not random.

When my youngest was 60, every "Random Dungeon was Ramparts.
When youngest was 61, Blood Furnace
62 Slave Pens
63 Underbog.
When I had one at 63.9 and the rest 64, still Underbog. As soon as he dings - the "Random dugeon" becomes mana tombs.

Anyone else experience the same? Is random only random when you're at max level?

Also, does anything drop in the random bag'o'loot other than gloves / neck?

there loads off stuff how and why it works sometimes it seems to pick HC and if u look at your guild log seems there loads there say UK-HC at same time i get there i think it runs on a server random and changes each 15 to 20mins but then sometimes i get UK-HC UK-HC UK-HC 3 times in a row so hell knows how it work anymore

The dungeon queues are all level based. As long as all of your party is in the appropriate level range, it seems to queue based on your lowest level toon. For example, my team was 45-46. We got Mara-Purple, which was the most appropriate dungeon for level 45. When everyone got to 46, it was all Mara-Falls all the time. The last boss in there is the Princess (hard as heck even when you're solo-boxing). Which is why the team is still 46 >.>. I'll probably pick it back up and do everything up to Princess. I'll lose out on the bag but I shouldn't be in there for long.

As for the bag. The contents are based on a 10 level range. 15-25, 25-35, etc. There are 2-3 slots covered by each level range. The armor class is always appropriate to your class, but the stats on it are random "..of the..." enchants.
