Default Re: Is lag what causes me to stop following?

i like jamba, just hate turning off stuff i do not use like the item bar and what not. But I still use it for all my toons. Jafula(i think that is the name) has done a fantastic job with it

I wonder if I can just disable some of the addon stuff (item bar, macro) at the character select screen and not get errors. I will check it out later and see if I can

also not sure if I seen it listed here as I just skimed through this thread, but phasing can stop follow. when going to icecrown sections that utilize phasing, I notice my slaves disappear and stop following my master. I then have to wait till they reappear to hit my follow button and go about my business. This was on a mechanical hard drive, have not logged into my characters in a few days to check how icecrown phasing is with a SSD.

Somebody should make a mod that only does follow, call it FollowKeep or something.

I could make an external program to do it... and i can make it so that it calls a random number between 1 and 5 to wait between the follow commands, that way, it couldn't be picked up... but it would be risky.

How does Jamba get away with doing this? and how does it do a wait style thing without breaking the API? I don't get it!!!

He was being sarcastic... @ my last post to him.

There is an addon called KeepFollowing, which I use instead of Jambas feature.
