Default Hallows Eve / Headless Horseman

Just did this for the first time with my 79/78 mixed team. Easy but fun fight, takes 5 minutes to do the summon and down him.

Drops a ilvl200 purple each time. So far I've gotten caster crit rings and melee hit/ crit rings. I'm assuming the loot table is bigger, but this is an awesome way to gear up for a new 80 or high 70s team. No trash, 5 minute run, get a heroic 5-man quality item.

Plus bonus of 46 justice pts, some exp, gold and a couple of broom mounts on the first run only.

I'll be doing this daily multiple times til I've got all the good items. Best loot yield/ effort (or time) that I've seen at this level.

Items so far:
Wicked Witch's Band (dropped 3 times)
71 stam
50 int
34 spirit
33 crit

Ring of Ghoulish Glee (dropped 3 times, no melee dps in my team )
33 agi
94 stam
36 crit
29 hit

The Horseman's Seal (dropped once, on Day 2)
50 int
71 stam
36 haste
29 hit

Just queue up via the Dungeon Finder. There's a special section in the drop that menu for the holiday boss. It'll pop you right at the boss with no trash. Doesn't seem to be any cap for how many times you can do it. Just keep requeueing via the dungeon finder. Might trigger the reset cap though.

Yes, the drop-down that usually says Random Lich King Dungeon has a couple other options. One is the Horseman.

Like Lindline says, no trash - just port, setup team, click the pumpkin and fight him. The fight is fun but nothing stressful or technical.

The candy buckets are also really good xp if you're still leveling up.

He's an 80 elite, would probably be a tough kill for lvl75 and below.

To answer your question though: I don't know

RAF does apply to the buckets as well. If you're lvl 80, they give a good bit of gold too.
