Best way to add a "tank" to a group already level 22?

So i want to do dungeon finder, but you have to have one tank, my priest and 4 mages can't use the new dungeon finder because of this.

Is the easiest way to level a tank in group to just have him tag along while i kill random mobs till he is near my level? I have NO raf on this account btw. Only have burning crusade atm.

Priest(22)/3mages(22) and the tank be Paladin(8) sound good?

The easiest will be to multibox, and run the paladin through quests very quickly.
You'll be concerned with the turn in rewards, more so then the killing mobs for experience.
It shouldn't take too long, for the Paladin to be close enough in level.

Alternatively, drop the Paladin from the group, and have him kill everything on his own, but give him heals for no downtime. Once he reaches 13th or 14th level, he'll be close enough to the mages to get full experience for anything he tags. Switch to tag boosting, where the pally tags whatever, and the mages destroy it.
