For the shoulder enchant, all you need is 10k honor.
and +40 stam is leaps and bounds better than +6 to all stats.

EDIT: +6 to all stats is not optimal for anyone
SP for casters
AP for melee
Stam for tanks

Special Issue Legplates are also very nice legs to start with, they got a gear score of 89.9 instead of 74.5 like the Daunting Legplates

And if you are only planing on doing Heroics, 535 is the cap.

Critical hit immunity at level 80 for a heroic dungeon is 535 Defense

My plan is to do this similar for all class/specs to be a helpful start-off point for new-to-80 players. I will plan and research more than throwing something quickly together as I did make a few mistakes (since corrected) while rushing.

At the moment I just got home from work and had a small mishap and my leg hurts too much to just sit and do that so perhaps I will start tomorrow or friday with it.
