Need help with VHScrCap? FME 2.5? Broadcasting?

I am offering some of my knowledge for these things to you!
Last night, I was talking to one Kenta81. I saw a stream he was doing on Ulduar 10-man on July 16. The stream itself looked frickin amazing, but the problem was he was only broadcasting at around 2-4 frames per second. It was similar to some of the issues I had been seeing when I first started... a whole 2 weeks ago.
Anyway, I was talking about this during my broadcast, and Kenta showed up. He wanted to know what he could do to make his stream better quality, like mine is.
I started going through settings in VHScrCap and FME, showing them in the stream. The lag time between my saying something and getting a response from him was a bit much, so I had him join my vent channel, and then I connected to his machine via Remote Assistance. I showed him how to tweak his configuration, and also set it up exactly the same as mine is set up. He doesn't multibox that I know of, so his machine can be of a little lower specs than mine is for broadcasting.
He was using a Core 2 Duo at I think it was 2.8gHz, with a huge pipeline to the internet (Sweden ftw). His VC was an nVidia, but I do not know what kind. He was getting 30FPS during his 10-mans, at 1680x1050 resolution.
Anyway, once everything was set up for broadcasting, he tried it, and BAM! He starts getting really good quality with no movement (read: like you were in front of the machine), and slight degradation when moving (slight pixelation is OK). Additionally, he was now getting 15-25fps when casting Dalaran. This is good.
I will be putting up tutorial videos on how to set up VHScrCap and FME 2.5 in the near future for broadcasting, and will likely upload my entire UI and Macros for those of you who have been begging me for them. Keep an eye on the appropriate forums!
Until next time, the power is yours!
